Worldpay
After an extremely competitive pitch we won the Worldpay account with responsibility for a large-scale digital transformation initiative working with their UK, US and Global teams.
Our remit was to iteratively improve and maintain their entire digital ecosystem. With a focus on improving the customer and prospect experience and implementing new functionality to position Worldpay as best in class.
With multiple global stakeholders, several concurrent projects and aggressive KPIs the ongoing engagement was a complex and large-scale undertaking.
